Each store does one thing well: litter box furniture, cat exercise gear, dog crate furniture, storage furniture. Behind all of them is the same company (Snug Lane), the same US warehouses, the same checkout at checkout.snuglane.com and the same support inbox. If you bought from any of our stores, your order number, tracking and returns are handled here, by the same people.
Shipping, returns and payment
Shipping
Free shipping on every order to the 48 contiguous US states. Orders leave a US warehouse (California, Georgia, Texas or New Jersey depending on the item) within 1-3 business days and arrive 2-5 business days after that. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the package. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or outside the US yet.
Returns & damage
30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, email photos of the item and the box to support@snuglane.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will send free replacement parts, a full replacement, or a refund — your choice. In most damage cases nothing needs to be shipped back.
Payment & privacy
All prices are in USD and include shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe on checkout.snuglane.com; we never see or store your card number. We only use your email and address to fulfil and support your order, and we never sell them.
